Keep calm and keep faith

Reading many peoples comments over the past few weeks about Alan Pardew's lack of movement in the transfer market has got me some what bewildered. Have you really forgotten how good the man's judgement is, just two months after guiding us to european football for the first time in five years and the brink of Champions League qualification?

The Pressure Is Off!!

So, it's finally here. The final day of the season where heroes and villains are made, when targets are achieved, or in turn, failed. But for the Newcastle boys the job has already well and truly been done.

Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid!!

The Toon Army face one of the biggest games of their recent history when league leaders Manchester City come to town on Sunday afternoon. With Papiss Cisse's heroics against Chelsea in midweek putting Newcastle's Champions League hopes back on track, Alan Pardew's boys will need to follow that up against the title hopefuls.

Your Taking The Papiss

Absolutely sensational. It is the day after the night before and we are all still mesmerised by exactly what we saw last night at Stamford Bridge. Two goals of extremely high quality from Papiss Cisse were enough for the beloved Toon Army to take all three points against Chelsea.

Chelsea Preview

So here it is, many people will say there have been many already, but for me tonight is the biggest game of our season. Win and our hopes of Champions League next season are very much alive, lose and we'll have to accept that Europa League is a more than adequate ending for this season.

Champions League: A Step Too Far?

When I decided to start this blog, my beloved Toon Army were flying high in 4th place, on the back of six wins on the bounce. Typically the weekend I post my first article, Alan Pardew's Black and White army go and lose comprehensively 4-0 to relegation threatened Wigan Athletic. Heres to hoping this blog won't be a voodoo for the boys.
